General Description
Plan, design, and execute digital experiences for our clients. Candidates can expect to wireframe, design, work alongside developers, test, and measure analytics for microsite, web, and mobile experiences, iPad applications, and interactive digital signage. Candidates must possess an in-depth knowledge about the latest digital and interactive technologies and trends, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail. Position reports to Creative Director of $100M organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop strategic direction to achieve client goals.
- Create superior, creative work (delivered internally and externally) on time and on budget.
- Generate useful, usable ideas across all existing and emerging digital platforms.
- Conceive and design for a range of digital media types and platforms.
- Push innovation both aesthetically and technologically.
- Ensure smooth project workflow from concept through delivery.
Core Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of interactive marketing art direction experience at an advertising agency or similar setting.
- Heavy digital experience required.
- Heavy consumer experience required
- Desire to learn or have existing experience in social media marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field and formal design training highly preferred
- Strong portfolio illustrating work demonstrating challenging technical and creative solutions in multiple digital mediums
- Proficient creating animations, understanding of motion design and trends
- Familiarity with evolving technologies, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and frameworks, mobile web/apps, responsive design, iOS, data visualization, etc.
